Certification Prep
Remington College provides non-credit certification preparation courses for the National Healthcareer Association Phlebotomy Certification and EKG certification. As a nonprofit college, our mission is to support and give back to the communities our campuses serve. These non-credit courses are designed to be short term and affordable.

This four - week certification prep course will assist you in preparing for the National Health Career Association Certified EKG Technician (CET) exam. You will learn the anatomy of the cardiovascular system, lead placement, types of rhythms, myocardial infarction, HIPAA security and privacy as well as receiving hands on training in electrocardiograms, 12-lead EKG placement, heart rate calculation, and rhythm strip interpretation. Course fee $1,100 includes Ebook, lab supplies, NHA Exam Prep Materials, NHA Exam Fee (one attempt) These continuing education courses are not included within the scope of the Remington College’s ACCSC institutional accreditation. The Phlebotomy Certification Prep course is flexible and convenient. During the 6-week phlebotomy certification prep course you will attend hands on phlebotomy training for a total of 30 hours in class. The course consists of instruction, out of class work, review, assessment, and Phlebotomy Lab. Course fee $1,160 includes Ebook, lab supplies, NHA Exam Prep Materials, NHA Exam Fee (one attempt) Course Schedules:*- Cleveland: Wednesdays 9:30am-noon and Thursdays 2-4:30pm
- Dallas: Wednesdays 9:00am-2:00pm
- Fort Worth: Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30pm-8pm
- Houston Campuses: Fridays from 9am-2pm
- Lafayette: Mondays and Tuesdays from 5:30pm-8pm
- Memphis: Fridays from 9am-2pm
- Mobile: Wednesdays from 4:30pm-9:30pm
- Nashville: Wednesdays from 9:30am-1:30pm
